 DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS?

  • Our company does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address on file.

 

  WHAT SIZE IS YOUR MODEL?

  • Our model is 5’3 average and usually wears a size small.

 

  ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?

  • No, most items never restock so we suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out!

 

  HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Please give us 1-3 business days to process your order then your order will be shipped
  • Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated.
  •  WE DON'T SHIP DURING HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS
  • All orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday 
  •  All orders ship out within 24-48 hours.(Monday-Friday)

 

  DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?  

  • Currently, we do not offer any wholesale options 

 

   DO YOU HAVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE?

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. We are protecting our staff and customers. Please Order your correct size & enter your correct shipping address.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

      CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    •   ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED . 
    • You can only cancel your order in 12 hours after placing your order. We will give you your money back but will be charged a $ 25 transfer fee. 

     

      MY PACKAGES IS LOST / STOLEN OR DELAYED? 

    • We are NOT responsible for any items that may be lost, stolen or delayed in transit. Please file a claim on USPS.COM
    • Unfortunately  USPS delays are out of our control
    •  We are NOT responsible for any unclaimed packages

     

      WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING INFO?                                               

    • PLEASE ENTER YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF ADDRESS IS ENTER INCORRECTLY PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE FIRST 24 HOURS TO UPDATE CORRECT ADDRESS. 
    • After the package is shipped we are not responsible for incorrect address deliveries. We will ship a package to address provided to us.
